Sidhe Studio is a safe space for women to learn the art and sport of pole dancing in semi private classes.
You don’t need to be strong or fit to begin, just start and the rest will follow!
Yoga Trapeze is also taught on a 4 week programme basis, this is good for cross training with pole and other sports, very beneficial for those recovering from injuries including back pain.
