I am a herbalist based in Athlone, Co. Westmeath. I grow and gather herbs locally which are used to make my herbal medicines and organic skin/body care products. All products are handmade in small batches to ensure excellent quality and freshness, postage is available (cost of postage is extra and depends on weight and location of order). I will be facilitating herb based courses and herb foraging walks in 2022 dates tbc. I have also trained in shamanic and energy healing, copper healing rods and life coaching. I developed a course called basic self healing techniques which I have taught in various community groups for over 7 years. This course teaches self empowerment, positive mental attitude and awareness of self through various techniques that have helped me personally over 20 years.
