myCompass.ie is committed to providing a comprehensive list of businesses that uphold human rights and respect individual freedoms. The following code of conduct has been developed to ensure a high ethical standard for both business owners and visitors to the site and promote freedom and sovereignty for all users of mycompass.ie.

For the Business Owner

By listing my business on mycompass.ie, I agree to follow the following code of conduct in my business, my store or in the delivery of my services and understand that failure to do so may result in the removal of my listing from mycompass.ie.

• I will uphold all inalienable human rights and respect the golden rule “Do no harm unto others”.
• I will allow access to the full range of my products/services to any man, woman or child regardless of:
  • whether the individual is able to wear a face covering or not;
  • the individuals health status;
  • the individuals political affiliation, ethnicity, religion, nationality, culture, gender or disability.
• By signing up to myCompass.ie I am making a public statement that I disagree with the implementation of “health passports” because they are discriminatory, divisive and a breach of the privacy rights of the individual.
• I will respect that an individuals medical status is private.
• I will respect that those who patron my business are capable of exercising self-responsibility with regard to whether it is necessary to socially distance from one another.
• I agree to accept cash as a form of payment in my business.

For the Customer/Client

As a visitor to mycompass.ie, I expressly agree to the following code of conduct while using the website to interact with businesses listed as part of the freedom network.

• I will uphold all inalienable human rights and respect the golden rule “Do no harm unto others”
• I will respect the business owner’s right to permit entry and service to those unable to wear face coverings. I will also respect the fact that a person’s vaccination status is private medical information.
• I will respect the inalienable rights of the business owner and will adhere to what is referred to roughly as common law.
• I will respect all other patrons, regardless of:
  • the individuals ability or otherwise to wear a face covering;
  • the individuals health status;
  • the individuals political affiliation, ethnicity, religion, nationality, culture, gender or disability.
• I will agree to pay for goods and services with cash wherever possible.
• I will endeavour to support payments in decentralised, private cryptocurrencies wherever possible.
• I will notify mycompass.ie of any listed businesses that are not following the code of conduct.
