Sessions are very gentle and relaxing and normally last for 1 hour. First sessions last 1 hour 30 minutes as they include a consultation. Treatments are also great for pregnant women, babies, and children. I also do fascial unwinding, which is beneficial for releasing tensions and scarring from old injuries and emotional traumas.
